Frontera Tex-Mex is where the vibrant flavors of Mexico and the bold spirit of Texas come together in the heart of Lombok
Frontera means “border” — a place where different cultures and flavors come together.
Founded by Chef Valdez, a Mexican-American chef with decades of experience in the United States, Frontera is inspired by Mexican heritage, family recipes, Tex-Mex traditions, and the journey that brought him to Lombok.
We believe great food starts with great ingredients. Traditional Mexican chilies sourced from Mexico and the United States meet fresh seafood, meats, and produce from local farmers and fishermen in Lombok.
